Kincraig 
Proposals 


KC/H1: This 5.7Ha site will consolidate the housing 
in Kincraig around the School. It would be suitable 
for around 40 dwellings. Development of the site 
will have to incorporate the wetland area towards 
the south of the site into its Sustainable Urban 
Drainage System (SUDS). 

[  KC/ED1: The site of the Baldow Smiddy and land to 
the rear provide some opportunity for growth in 
economic development in the settlement. This is a 
prominent site and proposals will be required to 
take account of the prominent nature of the site.  ] 

[  KC/ED2: The site of the old station yard provides 
limited opportunities for economic development 
which supports the community. ]
