Purpose

To present the Strategic Internal Plan for Cairngorms National 
Park Authority for 2010-11.

Recommendations

The Committee is asked to:
	a) Review and approve the Strategic Internal Plan for 
	Cairngorms National Park Authority for 2010-11.

Executive Summary
Deloitte are pleased to present their Strategic Internal Audit Plan 
for the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) for 2010-11. In 
Annex 1 Deloitte have given details of the process implemented to 
produce the draft Strategic Plan, set out their planned Internal Audit 
input over the next year, and briefly summarised the scope of the 
audits planned for 2010-11. 

The work will be undertaken in accordance with a range of professional
Audit Standards including the HM Treasury Government Internal Audit
Standards (GIAS).
