Complaints
The National Park Authority is a public body. Please raise any complaint you may have about our performance with relevant staff.
If you are still not satisfied or believe that there has been maladministration, you may lodge a complaint with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (currently Professor Alice Brown). You may do this in person, or through a representative, such as an MSP, local councillor, or any person you consider suitable to represent your interests.
