Draft Core Paths Plan Consultation and Local Inquiry

The formal public consultation on the Draft Core Paths Plan was completed on 30 June 2008. A report summarising what was said during the consultation is available for download below along with copies of all objections made to the Plan. A number of these objections have now been withdrawn.

23 people have sustained their objections to the Draft Core Paths Plan and as such a Local Inquiry into the Plan is currently underway. A list of the outstanding objections is available for download below along with a guidance note on the Local Inquiry process.
