Park Protocol
The Development Control Protocol is an agreement between the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) and the 4 Local Authorities (Aberdeenshire, Angus, Highland, Moray) about the exercise of development control functions within and adjacent to the Cairngorms National Park.
