Technical Support & Office Manager

The Cairngorms National Park Authority was set up in 2003 to help care for the UK's largest National Park. We now have an opportunity for an Office Manager/ Technical Support Officer to join our planning team in Ballater, Deeside, to work alongside the current office manager for a short period before covering her maternity leave.
You should have excellent organisational skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and at least 2 years office experience. Knowledge of the Planning system and experience of GIS software would also be an advantage. The role requires good communication skills as the first point of contact with the public, and the ability to use your own initiative in supporting the planning team. This is a busy and varied role with a requirement to work to tight deadlines and ensure that we meet our statutory requirements.
