PDF files are provided throughout this site as an alternative to the information provided as text and HTML. To view and print PDF files you need Adobe Reader, available free from Adobe Systems.
Acrobat is easy to download and install. Just go to the Adobe website and follow the instructions. When you have Acrobat Reader installed and your browser configured, the Reader will start automatically when you download a PDF document.
